Returns

Whilst we hope that you love your items that you have purchased from us, if this is not the case then you have 14 working days (not including Saturday’s, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day you received your order to return it to us.

If you would like to return your item you must ensure that the item still has its original tags and labels attached and be in the condition that you purchased it in. Please ensure that all shoes are tried on a carpeted surface. We also ask that if you are returning shoes to us, that you send the shoe box in a bag or wrapped in paper and not stick items directly onto the box as this will mean that the item is not re-sellable.

Any items that have been altered or personalised to your specification will not be eligible for a refund unless faulty.

For items that have been ordered in specifically for you and that are not suitable you will be entitled to an exchange or a credit note only.

To Make A Return

Email info@cocaranti.com within the 14 working day time frame to notify us that you would like to return your item and wait for a reply.

Please note earrings and face masks are non-returnable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Package the items up ideally in their original packaging or in something that will protect the items.

Return the items to us, ideally via a tracked service so that you have proof of postage, to;

Please note that goods are your responsibility until they reach us so ensure you keep a record of the postage.

Your refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Refunds will show in your bank usually within 5 days however this can vary depending on the bank. Please allow 30 days for the item to show in your account.

Return to Store

Alternatively you can return the item to the store to have a look around to see if there is anything that you would like to exchange it for. If there isn’t then the staff will issue a refund via the website. Please remember to bring your invoice with you.
