Registration

To place orders or use some of the features within Cocaranti.com you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is accurate in all respects.   If any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@cocaranti.com.  We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Cocaranti immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. We will keep your password safe and will only allow password resets once our security requirements have been met.

If you sign up to our newsletter you will receive information on new arrivals and promotions. You may request to stop receiving our updates at any time, simply select the unsubscribe option from any page within the website or contact us at info@cocaranti.com.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in GBP are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.  All transactions will be charged in GBP. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.  The price of an item may change at any time during the selling period due to promotions or markdowns.

If you select a shipping destination, where VAT is not applicable then VAT will be removed at checkout.

Orders

In order to make purchases on cocarant.com you will be required to provide your correct personal details. This will include but is not limited to: your name, phone number, e-mail address. You will be required to provide valid and correct payment details and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

You may be given the option to Pre-Order certain items, which will require Advanced Payments to ensure that you receive this item as a priority once the Cocaranti is in receipt of this stock.  Cocaranti will only take Pre-Orders where there is confirmation from the supplier that delivery has been scheduled for these items to Cocaranti.  Pre-orders are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other purchases.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed once the order has been dispatched.  This will complete the contract between you and Cocaranti, unless in the meantime you have emailed info@cocaranti.com to cancel the order.

All orders are subject to availability items in your shopping basket or wishlist are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock.

Cancelling your Order under the Distance Selling Regulation

You have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice any time from order placement up to 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing to: Contract Cancellation, Cocaranti, 71 King Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DX or by email to: info@cocaranti.com.

Where an order is cancelled we will issue you with a full refund including the original shipping cost if applicable.  For orders that have been received you will need to return the entire order.

All goods will be inspected once received. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. In the event of a dispute regarding receipt of the cancelled order by us we may request proof of the postage back to us.

If we do not receive the cancelled order back within 30 days, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Delivery

At Cocaranti, we know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods. Cocaranti also insures each order during transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order is on its way and we track all our orders.

Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. However, if you are not in when your parcel arrives a card will be left, letting you know where the parcel is or how to arrange redelivery.

To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS and/or email.

Payment

At Cocaranti.com we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and many more. Cocaranti.com trade worldwide and you can pay with various currencies. If your chosen payment method is successful, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive confirmation of your order and payment via email. If your chosen method of payment is unsuccessful, you will not be charged and we will notify you of the unauthorised payment via e-mail. Please note that even if a payment is not authorised some card issuers may choose to make the amount appear unavailable for a short period of time.

Promotional Offers

There are currently no promotional offers in place.

Gift Vouchers

Cocaranti offer Gift Vouchers for both online and in-store. Gift Vouchers purchased online are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given and can only be used online. Gift Vouchers purchased in-store can only be used within our Knutsford boutique. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value; they may be used as part or full payment.

Online Gift Vouchers

For online Gift Vouchers payment for the Gift Voucher will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 12 months from issue. The value of the Gift Voucher is your choice. The Gift Voucher will be allocated to the recipient’s account in the form of e-wallet credit which can be redeemed at the final stage of the checkout.

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by ourselves. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another Gift Voucher

If the recipient does not already have an online account with our site, the client will have to create an account using the email address the voucher was delivered to, this can be done at during the checkout process. The funds will then automatically appear and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket.

If the items purchased total less than the gift voucher amount the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the gift voucher amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.

Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.

Please note e-wallet funds can not be used in conjuntion with PAYPAL payment.
